Scope

These terms govern your use of this website. The specific terms of any security engagement are set out in a separate written agreement, which takes precedence for that work.

Our services

We provide managed detection and response, security assessments and penetration testing, incident response, and virtual CISO and compliance services, as described on this site. Descriptions here are for information; the agreed scope of any engagement is defined in your contract.

No guarantee of absolute security

No security service can make any organisation impossible to attack, and we do not claim otherwise. Our work reduces risk and improves your ability to detect and respond; it does not eliminate risk. Any statements on this site are general information, not a warranty of any particular outcome.

Client responsibilities

Effective security depends on cooperation. Where an engagement requires access, accurate information, or timely decisions from you, our ability to deliver depends on receiving them. Specific responsibilities are set out in the engagement agreement.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, our liability is limited as set out in the relevant engagement agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts at our registered seat have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory provisions that apply to you.
